“Such Cheap Ads for Money?” Rashmika Mandanna, Vicky Kaushal Trolled For New Underwear Ad

Rashmika Mandanna and Vicky Kaushal are being trolled heavily for their new underwear ad. Netizens call the ad “cheap” and claim that it clearly ‘objectifies men’.

Even though fans are waiting for Vicky Kaushal’s next release titled Sardar Udham Singh, he’s being brutally trolled along with South actress Rashmika Mandanna for their new underwear ad.

The controversy started after they both starred in an underwear advertisement that left a certain section of society unimpressed.

Right after the ad was aired, it came under the scrutiny. It was the latest commercial of Amul Macho that happens to be a men’s undergarment brand. It’s being rightly slammed for its content.

The part of the advertisement which is being criticized is where Rashmika Mandanna can be seen drooling over the underwear of Vicky Kaushal. This is where the netizens call the entire ad campaign “cheap” and demanded to pull it down as it clearly objectifies men.

In that sense, people are not only criticizing Kaushal and Mandanna for filming such a cheap content for the purpose of making money but also trolling them for inviting vulgarity.

The video depicts Rashmika a yoga instructor who’s seen to make efforts to unleash Vicky’s underwear’s strap. In the next scene, she’s seen keeping all the yoga mats of Kaushal on the top of a shelf so that his underwear becomes visible.

Reacting to the ad, this is what one user has written, “National crush of India Rashmika Mandana with Vicky Kaushal in adv of Amul Macho. On the work front, Vicky Kaushal will be next featured in his upcoming film Sardar Udham Singh. It will be directed by Shoojit Sircar. It also stars, Banita Sandhu, Stephen Hogan and Shaun Scott in their respective pivotal roles. The film also has the presence of Amol Parashar in a special guest appearance.

 

 

On the other side of it, Rashmika Mandanna will be starting her Bollywood journey with Mission Manju that also stars Sidharth Malhotra in the lead.
