In the meanwhile, treating patients with the help of plasma therapy can be considered a great option as the doctors have got some great results after administrating the same to patients.
Recently, Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were tested positive for coronavirus. But now, both of them have been treated and are doing well.
This is how they thought to donate their plasma as they are now carrying enough antibodies in their blood.
After recovering from the Covid-19 infection, this is what Hollywood superstar Tom Hanks said, “A lot of questions [are] what do we do now? Is there something we can do? And, In fact, we just found out that we do carry the antibodies.”
“In fact, we will be giving it now to the places that hope to work on what I would like to call the ”Hank-vaccine,” the 63-year-old jokingly said.
The couple was in Australia for the pre-production of Baz Luhrmann’s untitled Elvis Presley film from Warner Bros when they got infected with the virus.
Earlier, Wilson confirmed that she and Hanks didn’t know for sure where or from whom they contracted the virus, but they had learned they were both exposed to it “at the same time.”
The couple has already left and left to their home in Los Angeles.
