As per a source close to the industry, it’s disclosed that Ajay Devgn is all set to shake hands with the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali in his upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi. In this film, the Bollywood actor is all set to give his special appearance.
If you look at the entire project in real terms, it is going to be something special as Devgn is collaborating with Bhansali after a gap of almost 20 years.
Take a look at what the source close to the industry disclosed, “Ajay Devgn will be giving a special appearance in this film and it won’t be a full fledged role. However, it is going to be really interesting role for the actor to perform in the upcoming film. More details will be revealed after an official announcement is made about the same.”
Apart from Ajay Devgn, giving his special appearance to the film, Alia Bhatt will also be seen in her pivotal role in the film which will release on September 11, 2020.
Ajay Devgn has worked with Bhansali in one of his earlier project titled Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. The film proved to be a blockbuster that was released in 1999. The film also featured Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The shooting for Gangubai Kathiawadi will kick start from the next month only. As per the updates in this regard, Bhansali is keen to produce this movie with none other than Pen India Limited.
After Gangubai Kathiawadi, Bhansali is all set to go for his yet another project titled Baiju Bawra.
