If you are one of the followers of Tamil cinema, then you can’t neglect the name of Atlee Kumar who has given a plethora of blockbuster movies in the recent past.
Most recently, Atlee has directed Bigil which is still going strong in the theaters. Bigil stars Vijay who is credited to have worked with Atleee for the 3rd time in a row.
If you look at the Atlee’s profile as a director, he has directed as many as 63 films till date. His most recent one is none other than Bigil produced by AGS Entertainment.
Bigil is released on October 25 and has been performing quite well at the box office. The film has become the source of entertainment for hundreds of movie goers since the last week.
At the same time, the film is currently giving competition to Kaithi that was released around the same time.
If you look at the current screening of Bigil, it has been running to the packed houses. Even before its release, there was so much craze among fans to see the work of Atlee on the big screen. And now, since the film has already been released, it has managed to grab the masses back to the theaters.

As per one of the reviews done by a film critic, Bigil has become the best Diwali bonanza for the fans as the film has managed to top the charts after defeating Akshay Kumar’s Houseful 4.
As per the reports, the film is performing great even in the US. In terms of the overall gross collection, Bigil has done a business of Rs 200 crore at the box office so far.
Bollywood producer Karan Johar has watched the movie and praised Atlee’s role for directing such a blockbuster film.
This is what he tweeted, “Bigil has been an absolute festive joy for all of us. The film is proved to be a roller coaster of all the triumph and joy that one can expect from such a film like Bigil. Atlee who directed the film is simply brilliant and is the master of the game. He’s a superstar director”.
