The Batman Director Matt Reeves Officially Announces the Production Wrap

Popular Hollywood film maker Matt Reeves recently took to his official twitter handle to announce that he has wrapped up the production of his upcoming film ‘The Batman”. The tweet came out with a message that read, “#LastDay #TheBatman cc: @GreigfraserD,”

Jeffrey Wright, who’s a part of the crew members had recently tweeted an adorable piece of fine art by a fan.

The central attraction in this film is the presence of Robert Pattinson who’s expected to play the character of Caped Crusader in the Matt Reeves’s upcoming film ‘The Batman’. Others who star in the film include Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Barry Keoghan, Jayme Lawson, Andy Serkis and Colin Farrell in their respective pivotal roles.  Also Read: Why the Actress Jennette McCurdy Walked Away from Acting

As of now, the film’s plot is not available but it looks like the makers have decided to release the American superhero film on March 4, 2022.

It’s because the principal photography of the film already started in the month of January 2020 in London, the makers had decided to postpone the shoot for an indefinite time. It’s only after a gap of five and a half months, the shooting of the film could resume in March 2021.

The film is produced in the association of Dylan Clark and Matt Reeves. As per the earlier plan, the makers wanted to release it in theatres on October 1, 2021.

As per the update, HBO is currently working on Batman prequel with none other than Joe Barton.
