It looks like Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut is surrounded with a series of controversies again.
But this time she’s booked for cheating and copyright case filed against her by Mumbai police on the pretext of the order by local court right after the author of ‘Didda: The Warrior Queen of Kashmir‘ accused her with the above charges.

It was done on the basis of the First Information Report (FIR) registered against them at the Khar police station, Mumbai.
Ashish Kaul who’s the author of the book ‘Kashmir Ki Yodhha Rani Didda’ in Hindi told to the magistrate at the time of hearing that he already has the exclusive copyright of the book and the life story of Didda, known as the Queen of Kashmir and the Princess of Lohar (Poonch). As per the original complaint filed in this case, Kaul had first sent an email to Kangana narrating the storyline of his book.
It’s only after that the actress had used some part of the story via tweet and announced the movie without taking the permission of Kaul.

An FIR was simply registered after an order from the Bandra metropolitan magistrate under different IPC sections like 120 B (criminal conspiracy), 415 (cheating) and 405 (criminal breach of trust). A case was also filed under the Copyright Act as well.
