We all witnessed the Aryan Khan case where Shah Rukh Khan’s son had to remain in jail for over a month in a drug case. Although, no banned drug was found from his captivity, he still had to spend so much time in the judicial custody.
Now, when Bombay High Court’s order has arrived where the court has said that there was nothing immaterial found from Aryan Khan, he should not have been held guilty on the basis of WhatsApp chats or any other such thing.
This is what the bail order from Bombay High Court says, “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act… Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were traveling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them.”
Now, if this is what has to come out, then the question arises why Aryan Khan was arrested? This is what it’s expected to be asked by SRK’s legal team to Samir Wankhede.
Sameer is the top cop from NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) who lead his team to arrest Aryan Khan among others.
A close source to the SRK empire reveals that his legal team may strike sooner than later. This is what the source informed, “Shah Rukh is being strongly being advised retaliatory legal action against those who put Aryan behind bars. So yes, there is likely to be some unforeseen developments in the case,” the source told.
