YG Entertainment Denies Claims About BLACKPINK Moving to The Black Label

BLACKPINK, the most popular band of South Korea is basically managed by the YG Entertainment. The latest is that it’s not transferring to The Black Label.

As per a report submitted by local news channel Soompi, BLACKPINK is expected to be transferring soon from YG Entertainment to The Black Label, the YG affiliate founded by Teddy.

It’s also being stated that YGE is in the midst of restructuring the agency. In response to the above development, YG Entertainment announced that all these reports are false and have no connection with the reality.

It was in August 2016 when BLACKPINK debuted with the release of their first album titled Square One, under YG Entertainment. All members who had contracts with YGE will shortly expire around mid 2023.

The quartet is presently known to be on their Born Pink World Tour and will begin the Asian leg in Bangkok on January 7.
