Alfred Molina is all set to put his metal arms back as he is going to perform the role of Doctor Octopus in the upcoming Marvel superhero film Super-Man 3. Well, it would be quite exciting to see him again perform the role of a villain in the film.

If you look at the performance of Molina in Spider-Man 2, it managed to create a positive wave in the mind and soul of the audience. In other words, he performed exceptionally well while performing the role of Doctor Octopus in the film.

In the Spider-Man series part 2, the character that was assigned to Alfred Molina was that of Otto Octavius who happens to be a brilliant scientist who chooses to become a villain having 8 limbs. And this is how he manages to restrict Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man.

It all happened in the month of November when Molina was first spotted by GWW on the sets to confirm that he has been picked up by the makers again.

As per the latest update pouring in, Tom Holland already stars in the film. The upcoming film has also given a chance to the director of ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Jon Watts to be a part of the film.

Spider-Man 3 will also have the presence of Benedict Cumberbatch who will play the role of Doctor Strange. The role of Doctor Strange is also going to be crucial as per the sources.

On the other hand, Spider-Man mainstays is again expected to return including Tony Revolori, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon  and Marisa Tomei.

At this time, Marvel Studios has announced the crew of Spider-Man 3. If you look at the involvement of Molina in the superhero film, you will come to know that his name actually ties together up to 3 generations of Spider-Man movies.

There was news published on a famous portal speculating that Spider-Man 3 can have the presence of 3 different Spider-Man. On this, we didn’t see any comment from Marvel or Sony Pictures.

When Alfred Molina performed the role of a villain in Spider-Man 2, it garnered his reputation. In 2017, the Hollywood star managed to earn Golden Globe and Emmy nominations for the film titled ‘Feud: Bette and Joan’.

Molina was last seen in the musical fantasy film Frozen II that was released on November 22, 2019.
