Shruti Haasan took to her Instagram story to clear the air about ongoing marriage rumors, stating, “Just to clarify, I’m not married. I’ve been open about everything, so why would I hide this? LOL.
For those who don’t know me, please relax.” Her partner, Santanu Hazarika, also joined in to support her, adding, “Everyone, please relax! We’re not married! To those who don’t know us, please avoid spreading rumors (folded hands emoji).”
This rumor began during an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session hosted by Orry on social media. During the session, a Reddit user asked, “Hi Orry, has there been a celebrity who has shown you an unnecessary attitude while posing for a photo?? If you can’t take a name just give hints.” In response, Orhan mentioned Shruti Haasan, stating, “Not for posing because I never asked her, but she was very very rude to me at an event that I had actually got her into and I don’t even know her!”
He further commented, “Felt very bad, but there was probably some misunderstanding because I am good with her husband and I adore him. This will get sorted out in time. However, I heard from the rumour mill she called me a “Pune” (peon) like a spot boy or smthng.
