In its debut weekend, the Prashanth Neel-helmed Salaar has achieved commendable figures, accumulating collections around the mark of Rs. 50 crores.

Despite encountering competition from Dunki, the Prabhas starrer has managed to reach the milestone of Rs. 50 crores within three days.

Commencing at Rs. 15.50 crores on Friday, Salaar surged to Rs. 16 crores on Saturday and further to Rs. 20 crores on Sunday, amassing a total collection of Rs. 51.50 crores.

At present, Salaar is faring well in regions with a mass audience, while its performance in multiplexes is moderately decent. For the film to thrive in Hindi markets, crossing the Rs. 100 crore mark is essential. Assessing its collection stability on Tuesday will offer insights into the film’s long-term prospects.

Salaar aims to capitalize on the Christmas Holiday on Monday, targeting a figure closer to Rs. 70 crore over the four-day span. The film’s subsequent performance will depend on its weekday collections, particularly in single-screen venues where its mass appeal could drive sustained interest and achieve a respectable outcome.

The collections are primarily influenced by the success of KGF and Prabhas’s devoted fan base. However, the film’s earnings might have been notably higher if not for the clash with another release.
