The most refreshing ‘Star Wars‘ fans might be in a delightful mode after they will soon witness with the premiere of ‘The Acolyte’.
The lead actors Charlie Barnett and Rebecca Henderson are known to give a sneak peak into the upcoming thrilling saga using some great weapons and action. They will play the roles of Yord Fandar, Jedi Knight, and Vernestra.
Rebecca, who will play the role of Vernestra, shared an update with ETimes. As per her statement, she is getting more excited regarding her role and unique weapon.
This is what she has to say, “It all happened for the first time that I came to know about the character Vernestra that I would play. Prior to that I was attracted to the character that actually continued as I had to play the role.”

On the flip side, Charlie Barnett assumes the action-packed role of Yord Fandar, a Jedi Knight and guardian of the Jedi Temple. Fans need to look forward to witnessing his character in exhilarating fight scenes throughout the series. Expressing admiration for the stunt team’s work in choreographing epic battles, he commented, “I haven’t had the opportunity to work with many stunt crews, but this one is truly the best I’ve ever experienced.”
Barnett also showed the commitment showcased in the fight scenes, stating, “There’s an elegance in how this show intertwines our battles so intricately with the characters. It’s truly exceptional craftsmanship. They’ve excelled in every aspect! No pun intended,” he quipped.
The show will kick off with its first two episodes on June 4th, followed by weekly releases until the season finale airs on June 16, 2024.
