Lizzy Caplan who earned wider recognition by winning so many acoelomates on her name looks all set to star as Alex on Paramount+’s television adaptation of Fatal Attraction.
The same role was originally performed by American actress Glenn Close in the original ’80s thriller.

Lizzy Caplan who’s picked by the makers to perform in the Glenn Close’s role in Fatal Attraction TV series is going to be a “deep-dive reimagining” of the classic psychosexual thriller. It’s also credited as ‘80s culture touchstone”.
The upcoming television series basically talks about the modern issues like timeless themes of marriage and infidelity which is being seen through the eyes of strong women having modern day attitude. These traits are seen in modern women who have developed coercive control along with personality disorders/
Please note that Fatal Attraction happens to be the most recent original series from Paramount+. It will be the latest series following some renowned television shows like Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Mayor of Kingstown, Evil, The Good Fight and Star Trek: Picard.
The above TV series will be helmed by Alexandra Cunningham. He will also be serving as executive producer and writer alongside Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank and Kevin J. Hynes.
On the work front, Masters of Sex star Lizzy Caplan was most recently featured in the 2nd season of Castle Rock. She’s currently voicing the lead role of Reagan Ridley which will be an animated comedy titled Inside Job.
Lizzy Caplan has been lucky winning a number of film and television awards. For example, she won Emmy and Critics Choice Award nominations for her marvelous performance in Showtime’s Masters of Sex. Here, she featured opposite Michael Sheen.
