Kriti Sanon is one Bollywood actress who has stunned her fans by her performance in almost every film she chooses. This time the actress shines in her latest project titled Tere Ishk Mein where she is again being appreciated for her performance in the film. Kriti stars against Dhanush in her latest comeback.
After getting a huge success in the last project, she looks forward to her upcoming film titled Cocktail 2. It’s basically a sequel to the 2012 released film starring Diana Penty, Saif Ali Khan, and Deepika Padukone in their respective pivotal roles.
The franchise will now see the presence of Kriti Sanon along with Rashmika Mandanna, and Shahid Kapoor in their lead roles.

Kriti Sanon On Joining Cocktail 2: “I Was Craving A Light, Fun Film”
When asked about the reason why she joined the film, Kriti Sanon explained all her emotional quotient during the shooting of Tere Ishk Mein.
This is what she stated, “First of all, Tere Ishk Mein happened to be full of emotions all over which almost emptied me. And this is how I felt to do a film having lots of fun.
Soon I spotted Cocktail which made me to think, “This is the kind of film that I intend to join and also suits me.” The film had so many characters that I loed to play and also didn’t give me load emotionally. It’s mainly because it takes a toll on you when you have to perform back to back roles throughout your schedule.”
As per a discussion with the actress reported by Times Now, the actress has so far enjoyed her impactful journey to portray a character loaded with loads of emotions in a musical romantic film by Aanand L. Rai.
She gave her reaction in regards to her role that she played, “The role I’m playing in the film is about a girl who’s not perfect. She has her faults, as all of us do, and her rawness and emotional openness reveal her true vulnerability.”
She again gave her reaction regarding the mordern romantic dramas making her excited, “I feel excited to hear that those romantic love drams are back which I craved. It’s one of my favorite genres. I guess the year was all about love stories.”
It looks like the anticipation for Cocktail 2 has already been growing after Kriti Sanon has joined the project. As per industry insiders, the actyress may also join the cast of Don 3 by Farhan Akhtar which actually has no official confirmation yet.
The latest about Cocktail 2 is that the film is facing delay in shooting. It came into light that the film had a delay in shooting which was scheduled to happen in Delhi.
It was cancelled after the news of bomb blast broke the city. It resulted in security concerns that prevented the shooting to happen on time.
