Taapsee Pannu is one Bollywood actress who always had multiple projects in her kitty. Even when the second wave of coronavirus devastated the country, the actress had already completed some of them before time.
Now, she’s free to carry on some other projects that come along. One of them is going to be the digital release of a film titled Haseen Dillruba starring Vikrant Massey in the lead role. It will be directly released on Netflix on July 2, 2021.

The same was announced by the actress after she took to her social media account. She also shared a video while posting the same on Twitter. This is what she posted, “Kahani Aashiqana. Raaz Katilana. #HaseenDillruba coming soon. Only on Netflix. #TheUltimateKaunspiracy (sic).”
The film is directed by Vinil Mathew for which the shooting has already been completed last October. Taapsee has given an introduction to the character she will be laying in the film. She will play the role of Rani Kashyap opposite Vikrant Massey.
The script of the film is written by Kanika Dhillon. It will be a mystery that will also star Harshvardhan Rane in one of the pivotal roles.
As per an update, Haseen Dillruba was earlier scheduled to release in September last year, but the project had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But now, the makers have come to a conclusion that this is the time when they should release the film directly on the OTT platform.
