In the current Covid-19 pandemic, it’s looking quite dangerous to sort out things at different levels.
Although, both the central and state governments are trying to deal wit the situation, things are looking out of control as the second wave of coronavirus is spreading at a very fast pace.
In the current situation of pandemic, various celebrities have come forward to help those suffering. One of them is Sanjana Sanghi who also came forward to provide her mental support by launching ‘Here to Hear’ initiative.
On May 1, 2021, the Bollywood actress took to her social media account to announce the launch of her mental health campaign by the name ‘Here to Hear’ which is loaded with free lectures or lessons given by trained Psychologists.
The sole purpose to initiate this kind of campaign is to help more and more people who have no option but to suffer in these trying times due to pandemic.
Take a look at what she has shared on her Instagram handle, “There was never a rule book handed to any of us, on how to cope with a catastrophic pandemic like we are presently facing. And in the absence of that rule book, amidst such a grave crisis that is ridden with loss of life and uncertainty – we can easily find ourselves consumed with all kinds of worrying thoughts, fears, anxieties, and confusion.
I’m so proud to see all of us as citizens stepping up to help in ways big & small, and I truly hope our work that has gone behind making Here to Hear possible helps. De-stigmatizing seeking the support of mental health experts, as well as emphasizing the importance of doing so to be able to disentangle the many thoughts that may be making this already tough circumstance even tougher is extremely crucial.”
These sort of mental health classes can be joined by anyone which is of 30 minute duration and is free of charge. This campaign will provide free counselling sessions through test and audio with the help of qualified trainers so that people can overcome unwanted stress.
