Beetlejuice 2: As per the latest Hollywood news, Brad Pitt’s production house named Plan B is reported to have boarded Beetlejuice 2. By doing so, it has brought a new beginning to the project which is waiting so long for completion at Warner Bros.

As per an update from deadline.com, the production of the said sequel is currently under production and the script for the same is yet to be finalized. There is no further updates available on it.

Beetlejuice (1988) is helmed by Tim Burton that originally starred Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Winona Ryder and Michael Keaton in their respective pivotal roles.

The American fantasy comedy revolved around the spirits of a deceased couple that are harassed by an unbearable family that has just moved into their home.

It’s shown that the family has hired a malicious spirit of the same name to drive them out. In this film, Michael Keaton has played the lead role along with others.

Please note that the film that Warren Skaaren adapted from a story by Larry Wilson and Michael McDowell managed to gross around $75M worldwide. It even managed to win an Oscar in the year 1989 under the category of Best Make-up.

It also grabbed as many as two BAFTA Awards along with some other accolades.

It’s known that Brad Pitt founded his Plan B in association with Jennifer Aniston and Brad Grey in the year 2001. As per the latest update, it now runs the company as CEO alongside Jeremy Kleiner and Dede Gardner.

Some of its recent releases include films like Barry Jenkins’ series ‘The Underground Railroad, Lee Isaac Chung’s Oscar-nominated ‘Minari’, Miranda July’s ‘Kajillionaire’, and Jon Stewart’s ‘Irresistible’.
