As the movie starred Amit Sadh, Sushant Singh Rajput and Rajkummar Rao, the trio had a great collaboration that actually was quite visible on screen. The audience liked their team work and helped the film making a superhit right away.
Just like Rajkumar Rao, director Abhishek Kapoor also recalled SSR for spending all the fun together on the sets. He further clarified that the sudden demise of Sushant Singh Rajput looks quite unsettling for us. But the hard fact is that he is no longer with us and we all need to accept this fact.
This is what he shared on social media platform, “A film that allowed the actor in me to grow, to be more empathetic, celebrating the 8 years of Kai Po Che. As if it was yesterday when Sushant, Amit, and I were shooting for the film. You are being missed my dearest @sushantsinghrajput”.
