Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Bihar IPS Vinay Tiwari Released From Quarantine

As per the latest update, BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) has released the Bihar IPS officer Vinay Tiwari who was forced to quarantine soon after he was sent to investigate the sensational Sushant Singh Rajput murder case.

You might remember the sequence of events that took place after Vinay Tiwari landed in Mumbai to investigate the case.

The officer had arrived in Mumbai to investigate the SSR case on August 2, 2020.

But after a strong comment was made by the apex court against the BMC decision to quarantine the officer, the corporation finally took the decision to release him with the immediate effect. Also Read- Amazon Prime: Anushka Sharma to Mark Her Digital Debut With Web Series

This is what Tiwari stated to ANI, “BMC has informed me through a text message that I have been released from quarantine. I’ll be leaving for Patna now,” he said.

Right after BMC had quarantined the officer, Bihar DGP had to write many letters to the concerned authorities to release the officer.

“The Bihar Police Headquarters has written a letter to the Commissioner of BMC today, citing the remarks of the Honorable Supreme Court, requesting the release of Bihar’s IPS Vinay Tiwari from quarantine and return to Bihar. There are many more complaints that DGP Gupteshwar has to made against the Mumbai police. One of them is the non cooperation from Mumbai police. Today, everybody knows that Mumbai police only wanted to hide the culprits involved in the double murder of Sushant and Disha Salian.

Earlier, Bihar police had booked Rhea and 5 others under IPC Sections 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Section 306 (Abetment of suicide), Sec 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Sec 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and Sec 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint).
