CBI Registers FIR Against the Family of Rhea Chakraborty & Two Others In Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case

Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: For the last one year, Rhea has been blackmailing Sushant Singh Rajput.

However, the facts cane to the limelight only after the father of Sushant Singh Rajput lodged a formal complaint at Rajiv Nagar police station, Patna. Also Read: John Cena Pays A Heart Touching Tribute To Sushant Singh Rajput

In his complaint, Sushant’s father clearly mentioned the name of Rhea Chakraborty among four others. The FIR says that Rhea was not only blackmailing Sushant but was also harassing him in every way.

Right after filing the FIR against Rhea in Patna, a special investigating team from Bihar rushed Mumbai to investigate the case. But again, Mumbai Police continued to hamper the investigation. In short, Mumbai Police didn’t want the investigation to proceed. And that’s why they didn’t cooperate Bihar police officials in any way.

As per the latest Bollywood news, CBI has registered an FIR not only against Rhea Chakraborty but against her entire family.

This is what one of the CBI spokespersons told IANS, “After getting the notification from the Central government, CBI is in the process of registration of the case.” Also Read: 5 Big Things Happened in Bollywood During The Coronavirus Lockdown

Please note that the above development started happening right after the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) released notification.

Earlier, Bihar police had booked Rhea and 5 others under IPC Sections 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Section 306 (Abetment of suicide), Sec 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Sec 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and Sec 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint). Also Read: Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Rajeev Masand Questioned for Over 8 Hours
