Currently vacationing in the Hvar Islands to mark her 50th birthday, Shilpa Shetty has found herself at the center of controversy after a video emerged of an alleged argument involving her family and a tourist.
A social media post from the handle @maddythecricketer shows footage of what appears to be a disagreement between Shilpa Shetty’s family and a tourist.
The social media post claims the confrontation happened on June 9, after a foreign diner asked Shilpa Shetty’s group to speak more quietly. Allegedly, Raj Kundra was offended and retorted, “You don’t know who we are.”
A voice resembling Shilpa’s is heard in the footage saying, “Don’t talk to us, we don’t want to hear you,” though it’s uncertain whether the remark was made by her or by Shamita.

Fans stepped in to defend Shilpa Shetty, with one commenting, “She’s always carried herself with poise, even during the Big Brother controversy. Don’t label her the villain just because she’s well-known. There are two sides to every story.” Another noted, “Shilpa doesn’t even appear in the video clearly.”
