As per the recent updates from the industry, Sara Ali Khan (Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan’s daughter) might appear in Aamir Khan’s Thugs of Hindostan. The reason being Aamir is keen to introduce fresh and young talent in his film. In order to do so, he has introduced Sara Ali Khan to make her debut with this film.
In the recent past, it was speculated that Vijay Krishna Acharya’s period drama is dealing with a great scuffle to finalize the name of its female star cast. The period drama also has the presence of Amitabh Bachchan, who will share screen with Aamir Khan.
Ever since the script was written for the film, Aamir looked keen to have Alia on-board. On the other hand, producer Aditya Chopra wanted to include Vaani Kapoor. There were two more actresses whose name were considered for the lead role. They were Kriti Sanon and Shraddha Kapoor.
On the same pattern, Fatima Sana Shaikh’s name was also speculated. She’s still remembered for her spectacular performance last year in Nitesh Tiwari’s Dangal (sports biopic). As per reports, Shaikh also had expressed her desire to cast in Thugs of Hindostan.
Sara has always been surrounded with speculation all around. Ever since she put forth her desire to act in films, every single producer and director wanted to cast her in their film. And this raised to a much speculation regarding her debut film.
We still remember when she was first introduced by filmmaker Karan Johar in Student of the Year 2 opposite Tiger Shroff. After that, there were rumors that Sara was likely to appear opposite Ishaan Khattar (Shahid Kapoor’s brother) and so on. Now, we all need to wait and see what happens next.
There is further speculation that Sara might be roped in again for her debut under Yash Raj banner film. If you remember, Acharya earlier collaborated in 2008 released film Tashan with his father. Likewise, Saif Ali Khan has also been a frequent contributor with Yash Raj films in the past. It was Aditya Chopra, who actually credited for giving him break in 1993 esemble ‘Parampara’.

Well, the movie ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ becomes a point of debate as it also casts some other great artists who have done wonders on the silver screen. They’re none other than legendary Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan.
