Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt recently presented four residential apartments to his wife Manyata Dutt that cost over Rs 100 crore.
All the apartments are located in the posh area of Mumbai. But the surprising element here is that Manyata returned the gifts back to him within a week (as per the report published in Money Control).
Sanjay Dutt who is known to be the best friend of wife Manyata Dutt purchased four apartments in the building Imperial Heights situated at Pali Hill, Bandra.

Bandra is home to several top celebrities. This is where the deceased Sushant Singh Rajput also lived. So, purchasing a property in Bandra is never going easy and the cost always remains high.
As per the latest Bollywood news, two of the flats are situated in the 3rd and 4th floor. There is a penthouses’ facility also available on 11th and 12th floor.
As it looks quite obvious, all the apartments have the facility for 15 car parking both on the lower ground and ground floors.
As per the gift deed, the total cost of all the apartments come out to be somewhere Rs 26.5 crore. But the market value of these flats are no less than Rs 100 crore.

The latest report suggests that Sanjay Dutt first executed the deed on December 23, 2020 and Manyata returned them within a week.
Gifting property worth crores happens to be a usual trend in Bollywood. The legal advisor says that although, it looks like gifting, but this might be connected with tax restructuring.
