Hollywood is currently waiting for Christmas so eagerly. Each time when the festive season arrives, something special is about to happen. This year, there are a plethora of challenges going to happen for more fun than ever.
Well, it’s not just one challenge but many of them going on. Right from the ‘Flip the Switch’ challenge to the Pillow Challenge, Hollywood is having all the fun.
But now, there is a different set of fun taking place which is quite different than the other two. It’s named Elf on the Shelf-inspired challenge which is attracting lots of eye-balls.
The challenge is related to kids, especially when Santa arrives on the Christmas day.
The idea in this challenge is meant for parents to basically place a toy in their homes right at the first Sunday before Christmas.
This will obviously help Santa as the toy is going to reply him the behavior of kids in the run-up to X’mas Day.
Many Hollywood personalities currently like the above challenge which is primarily meant to have fun on the upcoming festive season.
This new type of challenge started when the actress Garcelle Beauvais first shared a picture showing a small picture looking just like an elf.
In the image, the actress can be seen sitting on the shoulder of singer Pharrell Williams. Soon after Garcelle Beauvais shared the picture, it went viral and so many A- listers Hollywood stars started taking this with a clause: the names must rhyme.
The above challenge kicked off well right after Elizabeth Banks successfully placed quite shrunken Tom Hanks on both the shoulders. She captioned the picture, “I know you’ve all heard of Elf on the Shelf, but have you heard of… Hanks on Banks!”
Right after this, another celebrity joined the bandwagon. It was Reese Witherspoon who also got involved into the challenge like others. It worked as Grease on Reese.
It was then followed by Mariah Carey and the Grinch: “Throwing some tinsel on this challenge and presenting you #CarreyOnCarey😄”.
She didn’t forget to tag Ryan Seacrest, Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington. After many Hollywood celebrities continued with the fun, it was Priyanka Chopra’s turn to share a picture where she looks in a white one shoulder gown and wrote, “Oprah on Chopra. Boom. 😂 #hadto #myelf @oprah.” Mark Ruffalo got Ironman ‘Tony Stark’ aka Robert Downey Jr on his shoulder and captioned it: @elizabethbanks, I raise your Hanks on Banks with a Stark on Mark!”
