As per a report published in Variety, Martin Scorsese’s “Life of Jesus” will be financed independently, much like his 2016 drama “Silence.” The project is based on Shūsaku Endō’s 1973 book, with speculation suggesting potential involvement from Andrew Garfield or Miles Teller.
Filming has been scheduled to commence in Israel, Italy, and Egypt, though logistical obstacles may arise due to the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The upcoming project of Martin Scorsese is likely to explore the life of Frank Sinatra. As per the latest report, the film may include Leonardo DiCaprio to depict the legendary singer. On the other hand Jennifer Lawrence can play the role of his second wife, Ava Gardner.
Tina Sinatra retains control over her father’s estate and has not yet given the green light for the film. However, the project is attracting attention from major studios and streaming services due to its high-profile cast.
