Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has become one of the year’s standout games and a major win for Warhorse Studios.
Though most players view it as an exceptional RPG and are pleased with the experience, the developers are looking to fine-tune certain elements for further improvement.
It all happened today when Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 director Daniel Vávra hosted a charity live stream, generating 3 million Czech crowns (a little over $125,000). During the stream, he spoke extensively about his newly released game, with Reddit user VincentVanHades translating key details.

Reddit user VincentVanHades reported that during the stream, Vávra was surprised that late-game balance issues in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, especially in combat and the economy, haven’t been a bigger topic of discussion.
He specifically pointed out that players can collect valuable items with ease, while merchants often lack the funds to buy them.
Vávra further stated that the developers are aware of the issues and intend to address them in the future. However, the studio is uncertain about the right time to implement changes.
He also expressed concern that making adjustments now could impact players’ first playthroughs, especially given the game’s vast amount of content.
Regardless, it’s reassuring to know that Warhorse is monitoring player concerns and already considering solutions, even if they take time to implement. Hopefully, as more players complete the game, the studio can begin working on these balance adjustments.
