The latest box office report of Kangana Ranaut’s Dhaakad has arrived according to which the film nearly succumbed by suffering a loss of Rs 78 crore.

In other words, you can say that the film had a disastrous collection ever since it was screened.

The biggest setback for the film was that it failed to collect a mere Rs 3 crore.

With such a failure, the film has become one of a kind in Indian cinema.

If you look at the film’s budget, the makers spent a handsome amount of Rs 70 crore (as per Bollywood Hungama) in addition to publicity rights.

And so, the estimated budget of Kangana’s film comes out to be somewhere Rs 85 crore.

Out of this, producers are known to have only Rs 2 crore as their distribution right from the theatrical run in India.

Now, the aftereffects of such a disaster at the box office is heading towards producers who have to face the brunt. As per the source, they have to sell their digital rights at a scrap value.

In terms of the overall revenue from all the sources, the overall box office collection of Kangana Ranaut’s Dhaakad will remain somewhere around Rs 5 crore.

Distributor’s share- 1.16 crore
