Fawad Khan & Vaani Kapoor Commence Shooting for Their Romantic Comedy Abir Gulaal In London

Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor have officially kicked off the shooting of their romantic comedy Abir Gulaal in London. Directed by Aarti S Bagdi, the film follows the journey of two people on a path to healing. With six original songs and a grand international production, the film aims to enthrall audiences. However, the release date remains unannounced.

The movie, which brings Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor together for the first time, is set in the vibrant city of London and promises a heartfelt narrative.

In the first-look image shared online, the pair are seen in a tender moment, lying on the grass, wrapped in each other’s embrace.

Director Aarti S Bagdi shed light on the storyline, explaining to Variety, “It’s about two individuals who unknowingly aid each other in the healing process, with love emerging as an unplanned result.”

This is what the producers added, “Fawad’s global fanbase will surely adore this film, showcasing him in one of his most endearing roles yet. The on-screen chemistry between Fawad and Vaani is expected to mesmerize viewers with their charm and captivating performances.

The shooting will take place in different locations across the UK during October and November. Just before the production commenced, fans spotted Vaani Kapoor arriving in the country.

The production team has stated that the film aims to be a significant international project, including six original songs performed by some of the industry’s leading vocalists.
