Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, one of Bollywood’s most talked-about couples, have made a new addition to their real estate assets.

They have taken on a plush apartment in Mumbai’s sought-after Beau Monde Towers, located in the prime Prabhadevi area. The apartment commands a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakhs.

A Glimpse of the New Apartment

According to a Square Yards report, the rented property spans a built-up area of 3,245 sq. ft. and a carpet area of 2,319.50 sq. ft., providing ample living space.

The apartment, part of a high-end residential project by the Ashwin Sheth Group, includes three dedicated parking spots.

The lease, registered in November 2024, is valid for 36 months. The rent starts at Rs 7 lakhs for the first 18 months and increases to Rs 7.35 lakhs thereafter. The couple also paid a security deposit of Rs 21 lakhs.

A Neighborhood of Convenience & Prestige

Prabhadevi, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after areas, offers excellent access to key city hubs through the Western Express Highway and the Worli-Bandra Sea Link.

This upscale neighborhood is home to the famous Siddhivinayak Temple and is close to prominent spots like Dadar Beach and High Street Phoenix.

Deepika Padukone already owns a residence in Beau Monde Towers, making this new lease a fitting addition to her growing real estate portfolio, which also includes a high-end apartment in Bandra and a spacious bungalow in Alibaug.

On the work front, the couple recently starred in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. While Deepika is taking a maternity break, Ranveer has already returned to his professional engagements.
