They shared the images with a soulful line: “Jalasya rūpam, premasya svarūpam, tatra eva Neer.” Adding to it, they wrote, “In an eternal drop of life, we found peace. We named him ‘Neer’ — pure, divine, immeasurable.”
While ‘Neer’ embodies sacred Sanskrit notions of purity and unbounded divinity, it also carries a tender personal significance. The name is an imaginative merger of syllables — ‘Ne’ from Parineeti and ‘Er’ from Raghav — harmonising their identities within their son’s name..
