Captain America 4 Gets Confirmation After The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Finale

It’s been more than two years since the release of the most popular Avengers: Endgame’, fans look eager to have another crispy entertaining stuff from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). As per the updates, the MCU looks all set to give fans its new and refreshing Captain America.

The character of Sam Wilson aka Falcon is to be played by Anthony Mackie who looks forward to play the role of new Captain for the forthcoming movie.

As per the updates, its already in the pipeline that Captain America 4 is being in the works. The story of the film is expected to be developed by Malcolm Spellman after the season finale of Winter Soldier and Falcon that outlined Mackie to grab the new title.

The series is also going to star Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (the Winter Soldier). The forthcoming project of Captain America 4 is known to have been a separate entity from the Captain America franchise that had starred Chris Evans in the lead role.

Now, the actor is looking forward to reprise his new character as as the first Avenger – Steve Rogers.


If you look in the past, Evans had earlier starred in 3 Captain America series. They include ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ (2011), Captain America: Civil War’ (2016) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ (2014).

Apart from that, the actor is also credited to have played the role in as many as four Avenger movies before he announced his retirement to play the Avengers: Endgame role before finally passing the concerned shield to his co star Mackie.

Talking about Anthony Mackie, the Hollywood star debuted in the MCU world from ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’. The film originally starred Scarlett Johansson in the female lead role.
