Tamil movies actress Indhuja gets her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine today.
The actress joined the Tamil film industry from the film ‘Meyaadha Maan’ is the latest to join those who are already vaccinated against coronavirus. She was vaccinated at a private hospital in Chennai.
Indhuja was last seen in a film titled ‘Mookuthi Amman‘ that starred Nayanthara and RJ Balaji in their lead roles. She was spotted doing a cameo appearance in this film. After getting her vaccinated, the actress urged everyone to also get vaccinated.
She stated that we all need to accelerate the present momentum in the overall vaccination drive which is already going at a constant pace.

As per an estimate, India has been able to vaccinate 12% population so far. Although, we are far behind than some other countries like UK and Israel, there is so much to do in this direction.
Today, you can see more and more people above the age of 18 are coming forward to get their first dose of vaccination.
Like many celebrities, Indhuja used the lockdown phase to reduce some pounds. Talking about work, the young actress will next be seen in ‘Khaki’ opposite Vijay Antony. The film is to be directed by A Senthil Kumar.
The shooting for the above film is presently put on hold and is expected to resume very soon.
