Arjun Kapoor Shares A Video Doing Extensive Workout Sessions
It was on Friday when the Bollywood actor took to his Instagram handle to share a video where he can be seen doing workouts in the form of Leg curls, Sumo squats, Bulgarian split squats, Romanian deadlifts, and back squats in a gym.This is what he wrote in the caption while sharing the video, “Life has its ups and downs, I call them squats.”
This is what the actor further wrote, “Back Squats: 4×15 / Romanian Deadlifts: 4×15 / Bulgarian Split Squats: 4×15 (both legs) / Sumo Squats: 4×15 / Leg Curls: 4×15.” He also tagged his trainer and added a bunch of hashtags, including “Work In Progress”, “Fitness”, “Motivation”, “Gym”, and “Friyay”.
After Arjun Kapoor shared the video on Instagram, there were many who commented. One of them commented “You’re the strongest,” while other said, “Can’t wait.”
Arjun Kapoor was last seen in Ek Villain Returns along with Disha Patani, Tara Sutaria, and John Abraham. Although, the film received mixed response from the audience, he was actually praised for his role by many.
