The vaccination drive against COVID-19 continues in India with all the precaution. The second wave of coronavirus that lasted for over two months has completely devastated the country with hundreds of people losing their lives.
Those who somehow managed to defeat the virus are now attacked with post COVID-19 symptoms like Black Fungus.
But in any case, vaccination is the only solution to keep coronavirus at bay.
Talking about celebrities, mot of them are sharing their own experience on social media platforms after getting vaccinated.
The Oscar winning musician AR Rahman is the latest one to receive the first jab of the vaccine.
The musician actually received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on June 6. He shared a picture along with his son after receiving it.
This is what he posted, “Vaccinated #1stjabdone💉 #covishield have you?”
Some other celebrities who have received their first dose of vaccine include Keerthy Suresh, Nakkhul, Vani Bhojan, Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara and many more.
On the work front, AR Rahman’s latest film ’99 Songs’ was recently released directly on the OTT platform.
He has marked his journey as a film producer. The film is full of romance and stars Edilsy Vargas and Ehan Bhat in their pivotal roles.
The film was bankrolled under his own home production titled YM Movies. The film hit on the silver screen on May 21, 2021 and is currently streaming on popular OTT platforms like Jio Cinema and Netflix.
Apart from producing “99 Songs, Rahman is also in the talks to compose for Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy directorial.
He has composed music for a plethora of upcoming films like Ponniyin Selvan, Atrangi Re, Bollywood remake of the Tamil language movie Anniyan and many others.
