As per the documents seen by Square Yards confirm that Karisma has entered into a fresh year-long lease for her opulent Grand Bay Condominium residence in Bandra West, totaling over ₹66 lakh.

With a spacious of over 2,000 sq ft layout and three exclusive parking spaces, the apartment continues to stand out as a premium property. The lease renewal was registered on November 14, alongside stamp duty payments of ₹15,100.
If you look at the actual timing of the renewal of this property, it’s worth noting. For example, the family of Karisma is currently navigating an important stage of the estate dispute.
In court, Karisma’s lawyers argued that Samaira’s university fee payment was delayed since the estate’s managers failed to process it.
Priya Sachdev Kapur sharply disputed this, providing receipts indicating the amount of ₹90 lakh per semester had been paid, with the next instalment upcoming in December, as stated by her advocate, Sheyl Trehan.
The dispute arised after Sunjay Kapur, who was a noted industrialist, died in London in June shortly after a polo match, a significant legal dispute erupted between his widow and children.
The case is currently unfolding in the Delhi High Court, where both parties continue to submit different statements, evidence, and receipts.
