Akhanda 2 Hindi Trailer Review

The newly launched Hindi trailer for Akhanda 2 starring Nandamuri Balakrishna has turned out to be a big disappointment. Take a look at our comprehensive review

The failure of Daaku Maharaaj happened to be a huge disappointment for the makers. And so, there is a grerat hope as Nandamuri Balakrishna is finally returning to cinema.

In this section, we have reviewed the Nandamuri Balakrishna Hindi trailer so as to get a better clarity of the film.

Well, it now looks like Nandamuri Balakrishna aims for a strong revival through Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, releasing December 5, 2025. But the Hindi trailer unveiled a short while ago has disappointed, thanks to substandard VFX and weak dialogues.

The promo of around 2.5 minute duration showcases the unity fostered by Hindu spiritual power.

But along with that message arrives the predictable limitation—Nandamuri Balakrishna takes on the familiar role of lecturing the antagonists.

Akhanda 2 Hindi Trailer Review

scrutinizing the Akhanda 2 Hindi Trailer, we found several up and down in the trailer that can relate. For example, Thaman S offers a strong background score, but its sheer loudness becomes a distraction.

Some sequences look unnaturally sped up, as if Balakrishna’s dialogues were edited in fast-forward mode. Three viewings later, I still can’t grasp his lines. Quite disheartening.

Akhanda seems to have created a huge anticipation for its sequel across the Telugu belt. Yet even with the Hindi market opening up to South Indian films, missteps such as inaudible dialogue and overpowering sound could hurt Akhanda 2’s prospects.

Well, the YouTube trailer works only because of subtitles, and that’s not something one can count on inside a theatre.

Akhanda 2 Budget

Akhanda 2’s massive 200-crore budget sets high expectations, yet the VFX struggle to justify the expenditure.

When the industry is capable of producing visually groundbreaking films such as Ramayana and RRR, this becomes one of the more disappointing aspects of Boyapati Sreenu’s vision.
