Bollywood actress and the daughter of Maheep and Sanjay Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor has encountered several delays in her acting debut. After multiple setbacks, she is finally stepping into the industry.
It all happened this Friday when she took to her Instagram account and posted BTS footage from the sets of Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan in Azerbaijan.

Shanaya Kapoor worked as an assistant director on Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which starred Janhvi Kapoor in the lead. She is also gearing up for her acting debut in her film titled Vrusabha
It’s basically a Telugu-Malayalam film titled Vrushabha that features Mohanlal in the lead, alongside Roshann Meka. and Zahrah S Khan, daughter of Salma Agha. Though originally a bilingual project, it will also be released in Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. Produced by AVS Studios, First Step Movies, and Balaji Telefilms, the film is set to premiere on upcoming October 16.
Shanaya initially supposed to debut in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s Bedhadak, where she was cast as Nimrit. The film also starred Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya in their respective lead roles. However, there has been no update on its production as compared to previous year..
