In The Freelancer, we see a sneak peek into Avinash Kamath and Inayat Khan’s friendships during their cop days and we can’t help but wonder how was their bond before the problems started to begin.

Sushant Singh who portrays the role of Inayat Khan opens up how a prequel could reveal the colorful friendship they share.

Talking about the same, Sushant Singh says, “There was a sneak peek of my friendship with Avinash’s character.

A prequel is a very interesting idea, because I think they’re both rather colourful characters, especially Avinash and their relationship and friendship are even more colourful. So it’s always interesting to see two cops who can go rogue at times to serve justice.”
