It was the morning of April 3, 2020 when PM Narendra Modi chose to address the nation on the issue of the ongoing COVID-19.
In his conversation with the citizens of India, he stressed the need for people to light candles, flash torches or diyas simply to curb the darkness of the dreaded virus.
He urged people to start exercising this on April 5, 2020 (Sunday) by putting off all the lights of houses. Bolly4u
Not just the country but the entire world seems to be in the grip of the infection caused by this virus.
This is what the PM said on April 3, 2020, “The way you paid gratitude to people fighting against COVID-19 on March 22 has become a model that is being emulated by other countries. Janata curfew and ringing of bells/clanging utensils made the country aware of its unity amid this challenging time.”
Just before concluding his address to the nation, he simply addressed people not to go outside and help the country by breaking the chain of COVID-19.
Like the last time, most people followed the instructions and guidelines set by the PM.
But there were some who simply neglected almost everything as directed by him. They started bursting crackers as if they are celebrating Diwali.
Well, this is something irresponsible from anyone who is indulged into this.
After people continued to burst crackers all the way on the night of Sunday (April 5, 2020), Sonam Kapoor took to her Twitter account and complained about all such people who are busy bursting crackers thinking Diwali has arrived again. Bolly4u
This is what Sonam Kapoor tweeted, “People are bursting crackers. Just FYI. They dogs are freaking out. Do people think it’s Diwali? I’m so confused.”(sic).
Bursting crackers in this way simply reflects the mindsets of all such people who do not understand the gravity of the current crisis due to Covid-19.
