Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani re-release box office collection on day 3: The year 2025 began with a nostalgic wave as Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was re-released on January 3. Film lovers kicked off the new year with excitement as the iconic Bollywood film returned to the big screen.
The Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani re-release, featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, kicked off with a box office earning of Rs 1.20 crore.
On the 2nd day, the film saw a remarkable 100% increase, and on day three, it registered a 35% growth in its collections.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, helmed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, grossed Rs 2.40 crore on its second day of re-release.
According to Sacnilk, the film saw a 35% rise in earnings on the third day, bringing in Rs 3.25 crore at the box office.

As of now, the total box office earnings from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’s re-release stand at Rs 6.85 crore.
In comparison, Ranbir and Deepika’s film has outperformed Varun Dhawan’s Baby John, which managed only Rs 90 lakh on its 12th day. Directed by Kalees, Baby John failed to shine at the box office.

The actor further discussed how, even years after the film’s original release, there are ongoing discussions labeling his character as “toxic.”
