Vidya Balan Praised “Do Aur Do Pyaar” Director Shirsha Guha Thakurta, Stating, “She Knew Her Job from Our First Meeting”

This is what the actress has to say regarding her experience with the director Shirsha, “Shirsha is a fantastic storyteller. While working with her, I got a sense of that she’s an absolutely self-assured in terms of her craft. She’s not trying to impress you, which you can see beautifully in the film also. She enjoys the process of storytelling and that comes through.”

Vidya further added that it was a nice experience when she met Shirsha for the first time on the sets. This is what she said, “I used to also joke about it on set that she was my girl crush on set. She is quite charming and soft, someone so easy to talk to and I love that. And most importantly I got a sense in the very first meeting that she knew her job.”

“Do Aur Do Pyaar” is basically a modern tale of love that explores its significance, complexities, and the truths concealed behind the notion of “happily ever after.” Apart from Vidya Balan, the film stars Sendhil Ramamurthy, Ileana D’Cruz, and Pratik Gandhi.
