The speculation deepened after Jana shared a series of pictures on Instagram yesterday from a recent trip to Charleston, S.C., accompanied by her twin brothers, John David, along with his wife.
The post, that was shared yesterday on social media had no caption. It simply showed Jana posing with John, Abbie, and their 4-year-old daughter, Grace, surrounded by flowers and stunning backgrounds of palm trees and the ocean.
