Soha Ali Khan Says She Has Experienced Healing Power of Yoga in A Strong Way

Soha Ali Khan has been practicing yoga for many years. Today, she is also helping others to know the benefit of yoga.

The actress cum author recently interacted with the Time of India and shared her experience regarding the healing power of yoga.

On June 21, 2021, India is celebrating the International Yoga Day. On the occasion, the actress told the news portal how it has become a part of her daily life.

Counting the benefits of yoga, Soha acknowledged that practicing yoga on a daily basis helps her body rejuvenate.

She stated that she has been practicing it for over 6 years and know its healing power in a great way.

Soha is known to have been practicing it even at the time of her pregnancy. And since then she has been performing it mindlessly and even advocate it on various social media platforms.

Soha also told the portal that she likes to practice yoga along with her friends. Some of the asanas that she loves doing include Vinyasa, Ashtanga, crow pose, crow pose and many more.

She further said that she was advised to perform yoga during her pregnancy days and since then had been following it with all the passion and confidence.

She continued practicing it post pregnancy as it helped her overcome her lethargic days.

The actress also revealed her strategy before she starts practicing yoga. Soha said that she likes munching almonds throughout the day as they help her maintain optimum energy levels all the time.

They are also rich in vitamin E, iron, folate, zinc, copper that help support the immune function in a proper way. Almonds are also known to support better weight management as well.

Today, Soha is not only practicing yoga but also helping others to know its benefits.

Since the actress believes in living a balanced lifestyle, she knows it to be a fusion of both spirituality and science. They key here is to take a healthy diet full of nutrients.
