In its 4th week, the Punjabi film titled “Shinda Shinda No Papa” continued its impressive run in theatres, with a slight decline of 25% at the Indian box office and grossing Rs. 3 crore.
The above figures mainly brings its total domestic box office collection up to Rs. 20 crore. It also garnered an extra USD 2.15 million (approximately Rs. 18 crore) internationally, resulting in an impressive worldwide gross of Rs. 38 crore.
Excluding revenue from Pakistan, the worldwide gross for the Gippy Grewal and Shinda Grewal starrer is estimated to be around Rs. 40 crore.
Since the release of Shinda Shinda No Papa on May 10, 2024, the heartfelt drama emerged to become one of the highest-grossing Punjabi films of the year globally, surpassing “Jatt Nu Chudail Takri,” that managed to earn Rs. 34 crore worldwide.
Despite falling short in India, its lead overseas comfortably propels it ahead.

As per the reports pouring in, “Shinda Shinda No Papa” has profited from a lack of competition over the past fortnight, resulting in consistently strong weekly performances.
This basically allowed the film to narrow the gap with “Jatt Nu Chudail Takri,” despite initially lagging by 20 percent in the first two weeks.
It’s unimpeded streak has now come to an end with the release of “Ni Main Sass Kutni 2,” followed by a series of other well known Punjabi releases throughout the month of June, including “Kudi Haryane Val Di” next week and “Jatt & Juliet 3” on June 27th.
