Shilpa Shinde, known for her roles in “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain!” and “Bigg Boss 11,” has recently voiced her criticism against the Cine And TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA), citing a perceived lack of support for television actors.

As per latest reports, the actors were ousted due to their unprofessional behavior. Shilpa expressed her dissent towards the decision, denouncing it as “unjust” and “absurd.”
This is what she said, “Being a member of CINTAA seems to be about exerting control over others. The artists’ association solely imposes bans on fellow artists. When was the last time you heard of a producer being banned?”
The actress emphasized the evident inequality in which artists facing difficulties are permitted to keep working, whereas those upholding professionalism might be misconstrued.
Drawing from her own encounters with CINTAA, she suggested the association failed to offer support during her industry-related struggles.
Shilpa Shinde also commented on the recent introduction of a “no-affair clause” in the contracts of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actors.
This is what she has to say “Have actors never had affairs on set before?” she queried. She suggested that producers occasionally benefit from on-set relationships due to the increased publicity they generate. “It’s unjust to terminate them on such grounds,” she concluded.
