Shahid Kapoor Reflects On His Experience Collaborating With Dharmendra In “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” Stating, “To Share Screen Space With Him Is An Honor”

Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are actively engaged in promoting their upcoming romantic drama, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.”

Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film features a diverse cast, with veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia playing crucial roles.

At a recent press conference in New Delhi, Shahid Kapoor discussed his experience working alongside these seasoned stars.

Expressing his profound respect for Dharmendra, Shahid remarked, “It’s truly an honor to share the screen with him. He exudes love and charisma. Every time he greets you, his hug is filled with warmth. I simply seek his blessings. In the film, he plays my grandfather, and we share many scenes together.”

Discussing his collaboration with Dimple Kapadia, Shahid conveyed his admiration, stating, “I believe there couldn’t have been a better cast than this, and we were eager to have Dimple Ma’am accept this role, which fortunately she did. I don’t think anyone else could have portrayed this character. She plays my ‘Maasi’ in the film, and I have many scenes with her.”

He added, “I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and feel fortunate to share the screen with individuals we have admired since childhood and learned a lot from. Working with them today is a great privilege.”

In “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” Shahid portrays a robotics engineer who develops affection for Kriti Sanon’s character, Sifra, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) female robot. The film delves into the intricacies of an implausible love story set in the uncharted territories of Artificial Intelligence.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar, the film has already generated anticipation with the release of its official trailer and three tracks: ‘Laal Peeli Akhiyaan,’ ‘Akhiyaan Gulaab,’ and the title track, all receiving positive responses from the audience.
