Salman Khan’s Bail Plea in Blackbuck Poaching Case- The Actor Gets Bail

Blackbuck poaching case– Salman Khan has been finally granted bail in the Blackbuck poaching case from the Jodhpur sessions court on the self security of Rs 50,000 bond.

Earlier, the actor’s hearing for the bail plea in the blackbuck poaching case, along with the suspension of sentence was completed. However, the judgement was further delayed and was extended till 3 PM.

Salman Khan is likely to leave the jail premises not before 4.15 pm

After the verdict from the court has been arrived, it has to take some more time for the star actor to get final respite from the jail. 

This is because it takes time for the concerned order to arrive in the jail from the court. And only then, the actor can be released on bail.

Ravindra Kumar Joshi who is the District and Sessions Judge completed all the hard work all along the day after hearing the concerned arguments of defense and prosecution that lasted for more than an hour and finally pronounced the same at 3 pm.

Meanwhile, Ravinder Kumar (Judge), who sentenced the star actor to 5 years imprisonment has been promoted and is currently put on APO (Awaiting Posting Order).

On the other hand, Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who is the sessions court judge was finally scheduled to hear the star actor’s bail application has been finally transferred by Rajasthan High Court.

It was on Thursday when the star actor was convicted by the sessions court and ordered 5 year imprisonment and killed no less than 2 blackbucks while shooting for the film Hum Saath Saath Hain.

As you already know that sessions court earlier preferred to reserve its decision and chose to study some more records in the case concerned.

If you look at the prosecution perspective, they continued to argue that the actor’s bail application have to be rejected on the basis of some eyewitnesses. The star actor had killed 2 blackbucks in 1998 while shooting for one of his films.

However, the defense counsel argued that the eyewitness should not be relied upon as they are filled with a number of discrepancies.

When the star actor arrived in the court for the hearing, both his sisters- Alvira and Arpita continued to stay with their brother.

They even met him in the jail as well. Along with that, it was reported that Preity Zinta also came to visit the actor in Jodhpur central jail.
