It’s not a hidden fact that Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala are one of the closest friends on this planet. The duo has in fact given a plethora of hit films in the past including Kick and Judwaa.
As per the latest update, they are about to reunite together for their upcoming film ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’.
The above project was in the pipeline long before the pandemic arrived. The project had to be postponed due to COVID-19 crisis in the country. Now, we hear that it’s back on track and also Salman is giving him a fair discount in his fees.
As per a report published in Bollywood Hungama, Nadiadwala had earlier requested Salman to consider reducing his fee due to the recent loss they suffered due to pandemic.
To this, Salman dropped his fee by 15%. In spite of reducing his fee, the actor will still grab a hefty amount of over Rs 100 crore.
This is what a source close to the industry says, “Salman has now agreed to be a part of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali with a remuneration of Rs. 125 crores only, thereby giving a discount of near about 15% to his producer friend”.
Some other upcoming projects for Salman Khan will be Dabangg 4, Kick 2, Tiger 3 apart from Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Apart from the above, Salman will also play a cameo role in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan.
