On the occasion of Genelia Deshmukh’s birthday that falls on August 5, her husband Ritesh Deshmukh has sent a lovable message on social media.
The Bollywood actor didn’t forget to share a montage that was all about their happy moments they spent together.
The best part of the note he shared was that he feels Genelia is looking younger by the day. He shared this on his Instagram handle.
Genelia has turned 34 on August 5. On this special occasion, Ritesh tried to do something different.
He shared a short video montage by narrating their special moments. The video message played a song in the background, “Tumse Milke Aisa Laga Tumse Milke”.
This is what he said, “Gods must love me. There is no greater feeling than waking up every morning and seeing your face. Inching towards 20 years of being together and feels like it was yesterday.. thank you for being the wonderful partner that you are- happy birthday baiko!!! You are looking younger by the day, Ritesh said.
He further added, “Can’t say the same about me… soon people will say who is this uncle with Genelia?” Responding to the post, Genelia wrote in the comments, “Thank you my most favorite human being.. I found you and I found my entire world. Thank you for being the reason I feel good through each year of growing up.. Love you more than me.” the actor stated.

After Ritesh posted this on Instagram, Sonakshi Sinha and Abhishek Bachchan were quick to comment. Abhishek called them ‘Favs’ and Sonakshi wrote, “Sooooo sweet ya!!! Happpppiest birthday,” wished Sonakshi.
It was in 2003 when both Genelia and Ritesh for the first time on the sets pf Tujhe Meri Kasam. Right from the time when they started knowing each other, they dated each other for 10 years until they finally got married in 2012.
The couple are proud parents of two sons named Riaan and Rahyl. They recently judged Super Dancer 4 show and also chose to speak a few words of their wedding.
This is what Genelia stated, “We may have modernized our weddings and turned them into another party, but, I adore traditional weddings and consider myself fortunate to have attended one. Every ceremony was a blast for me, and I was very emotional during my Bidaai as well, but we all had a great time,” she said.
While narrating cutest things, Genelia reavaled that Ritesh had to touch her feet almost eight times in a day due to their tradition. On this Ritesh joked, “I think the priest knew what I am supposed to do after the wedding. He made me practise it before,” he stated.
