Setting a new benchmark for the series, The Final Reckoning collected $63 million during its first weekend in North America, surpassing Fallout, which had earned $61.2 million in its opening back in 2018.
Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning saw a modest 22.2% drop on Memorial Day, collecting $14 million.
This pushed its four-day North American opening to $77 million, per Box Office Mojo. However, it came in second to Disney’s new Lilo & Stitch adaptation.
